Beyond my own events, I produce AI hackathons at LabLab.ai — applying years of community craft at global scale.
LabLab.ai runs some of the largest AI hackathons in the world. As a producer I take care of the full event lifecycle — from concept and program design through partner coordination to delivery — both on-site and online.
Producing an in-person hackathon in San Francisco and online editions gathering more than 20 000 registered builders taught me how community craft scales: the tools change, but the goal stays the same — give builders a space to experiment, learn and ship.
