ETHWarsaw is where nearly 1,000 builders, founders and innovators come together to shape the future of web3. Over four days the event offers a dynamic mix of deep-dive talks, hands-on workshops and an intense hackathon, with tracks spanning infrastructure, scalability, security, resilience and mass adoption.

I’m deeply involved in shaping the event across multiple areas: setting the overall vision, leading the marketing strategy, curating hackathon experiences and supporting developer outreach. I oversee content, coordinate with partners and speakers, and make sure the event stays true to its builder-first mission.
